Ladder up & down not sure. But the others yes. Cuz Not sure modern metroidvania would use ladder climbing as most of them are using wall slide and jump to reach the top.

Are the mobs included in this update (4 new monster added - Metroidvania Asset Pack by MOMONGA (itch.io)) added to the current asset pack? I can't seem to find the files for them.

Yes. Aside from flying enemies.
I am more interested in the enemies separately (for example that minotaur I would like to acquire it).
There is a monster pack available as only for $6.50 ^^ where you can acquire minotaur.
